"We're sitting in Gus' room," Patric continues, curly black locks swept back on his head and bright blue eyes piercing the frame."This is a place I don't come into or normally open the door, but I thought it was important to be in here," he continues. But it's also a reminder of what we're fighting for." Though Patric is best known as the handsome, brooding star of late-1980s and 1990s movies like the fight he's waging today is far more personal, and contentious. His performance in Narc was highly appreciated by gathered amazing reviews from the critics as well as from audiences. His next big venture was Broadway as Brick in a revival of Tennessee Williams Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, along with Ashley Judd, Margo Martindale, and Ned Beauty. The play was a huge success and was also won Tony Award and Pulitzer Price. While in California, he attended Saint Monica Catholic High School and also attended in high school productions of Dracula and Grease.Even at a young age he was always interested working in show business and to be a successful actor.
Patric was born in Queens, New York, and is the son of Academy Award-nominated actor and Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Jason Miller (born John Anthony Miller, Jr.) and actress Linda Miller (born Linda Mae Gleason). Growing up in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, he attended Catholic schools such as Cavallini Middle School and the all-boys Salesian Roman Catholic Don Bosco Preparatory High School (Ramsey, New Jersey).
"They've both been subsequently married several times and I think they're fine." Patric adds that he and Sutherland never had any issues at the time and still get along great. He has nothing to do with me or my bloodline; I’m not a thoroughbred or purebred dog or something...
"We had drinks last night and he said that was one of the best summers of his life when we did ' Lost Boys.' Twenty-five years ago," he says.
For the past year, he's been making the rounds on major TV networks begging to see the four-year-old, Gus, whom he helped to conceive (and is the inspiration for his foundation).
Withholding his "son" from him is "violence," he's said, and "child abuse." Gus' mother, Patric's ex-girlfriend Danielle Schreiber, however, argues that she always intended to be a single parent, and Patric was only her sperm donor.
